up to 80 pounds Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations Demonstrates the ability to make proper

decisions and maintains confidentiality Ability to communicate well with others both orally and in writing Friendly

individual and able to work well with others Ability to work well with students, staff members and a diverse population.
