About the Role
JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in an efficient manner to Sea
Pines guests, property owners and internal staff. The fast paced operation is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic
individual who can perform, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •
Greets guests of the Resort, makes them feel welcome, and helps meet their needs. • Provide world-class guest service in
person, over the phone and via email for all guest and owner bicycle rental reservations • Work with the team in
coordinating the delivery of and picking up of rentals to and from guests in an efficient manner. • Work with numerous
