Job Title: Transportation Specialist I An employee in this classification drives and operates a Cargo Van to transport

Home Delivered Meals, Frozen Meals and Commodity Boxes to clients in various locations throughout Bladen County and

performs related duties as assigned. Work is performed under general supervision and is evaluated based on attaining

performance objectives, safe operation of vehicles and completion of assigned route. Duties Cleans vehicles, notifies

supervisor of any vehicle maintenance or repairs necessary. Receives and responds to client / public inquiries, requests

for assistance and complaints regarding areas of responsibility. Maintains accurate and complete fuel records. Interact
