About the Role

Patient Services Representative I The Patient Services Representative I (PSR) compiles ordered pharmaceuticals,

supplies, and equipment and delivers same to patients' homes in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner. The PSR is

familiar with patients', medications, supplies, and equipment, and techniques to prevent the spread of infection. The

PSR is familiar with and assists in product ordering, receiving, stocking, shipping, and equipment. The PSR works under

the limited supervision of the Pharmacy Operations Manager. Essential Job Knowledge Coordinates delivery of medication

and supplies to assure timely, safe, and accurate delivery to patients. Assembles and packages orders for delivery and
