Lead CDL Delivery Driver

About the Role

Runs a delivery route and performs delivery driver duties as required Assists the supervisor in monitoring delivery

operations and employee performance Assists the supervisor in ensuring that safety, quality and performance/productivity

and customer experience standards are met by conducting and submitting delivery surveys. Acts as a resource for other

delivery drivers, assisting with questions concerning vehicle and other equipment operation, delivery processes,

routing, etc. Responds to and resolves customer complaints as assigned Assists in bi-weekly processing of payroll by

accurately updating the department pay record and reviewing before submission Assists delivery supervisor in setting
