About the Role

Dispatcher The Dispatcher is responsible for the real-time tracking, coordination, and oversight of in-house delivery

drivers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery and pick-up operations,

maintaining communication with stakeholders, and managing resources efficiently to uphold the highest standards of

customer service. Real-time Tracking: Use Descartes OnDemand system to monitor the location and performance of delivery

drivers in real-time. Validate the presence of exception-logged materials, rejected materials, RMA returned items, and

picked-up PO materials as Drivers complete their routes. Route Management: Efficiently assign pick-up stops, aiming to
