Dispatcher - Ford Parts Wholesale Delivery

About the Role

Core Purpose The dispatcher coordinates and controls the flow of wholesale parts orders from the dealership to body

shops, independent repair facilities, fleets, and other wholesale customers. They ensure parts are delivered accurately,

efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Order Coordination — Review incoming wholesale parts orders, verify

availability, and prioritize based on urgency, customer type, and delivery routes. Route Planning — Assign delivery

routes to drivers, optimize stops, and adjust plans based on traffic, weather, or urgent add-on orders. Communication

Hub — Act as the central point between: Parts counter staff Wholesale customers Delivery drivers Inventory/warehouse
