Dispatcher Logistics Company Our company is launching a new high-performing delivery operation, and we are looking for
an ambitious, driven Dispatcher to join our leadership track from Day 1. This is an entry-level role with plenty of
growth potential. The Dispatcher will be trained to fully master both dispatching and delivering to ensure deep
understanding. Role Overview The Dispatcher supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, monitoring routes in real
time, managing communication, troubleshooting on-road issues, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery execution. This is a
hands-on role requiring open availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key
