About the Role

Account Specialist This position is for an Account Specialist who wants to join a team with a company that cares about

its employees. Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of company Standards of Operation. Responsible for proper

control of rental accounts to ensure that payments are received on time. Responsible for the proper and timely delivery,

relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. This team member will be responsible for rental (lease)

agreements, merchandise, and provide preferred customer relations. Expeditiously handle non-renewed accounts. Conveys

information to customers and maintains a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
