About the Role
Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing guidance, driving operational excellence, and achieving sales
and revenue growth. Support carriers on routes, assist in warehouse operations, and help single copy as needed Enter
system corrections for carrier and customer information Follow-up with customers to ensure problem situations have been
resolved Project a positive image in presentation of customer service Basic math and computer skills Ability to work
independently with little supervision but in a team environment Weekend hours required Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In
