About the Role

STC Advocate As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of Carvana! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online,

you'll often be the first in-person interaction a customer has with the company. Your role is key in delivering a

one-of-a-kind experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage 68 customer appointments daily Drive a company vehicle to

customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad

Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving

record Support your team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications: ~ Over 21 years of age ~ Must have a valid
