About the Role
As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of a leading online automotive retailer! Since the buying and selling process is
entirely online, you'll often be the first in-person interaction customers have with the company. Your role is key in
delivering a seamless, professional, and positive customer experience. Manage 6-8 customer appointments daily Drive a
company vehicle to customer homes to complete vehicle purchase transactions Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and
finalize paperwork using an iPad Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving
